Terrific publication! I’m off to Copenhagen for the first next month and the tips you’ve given are going to be a great help. Beautiful photos too. May I ask what camera and lens did you use? I’m trying to figure out what lenses I should bring with me.

I went to Copenhagen for half of my honeymoon, and seeing your pictures takes me back! Also a bit jealous that you ate at Amass AND Relae! If you go back, you must go to Baest. Aside from Noma, it was my favorite meal there.
