FYI 2022 shopping for supplies: I found silver rings/hoop at Hobby Lobby in a lot of sizes except the 1.5-inches. JoAnnes had only gold rings but smallest size was 3-inch. Michaels only had a couple of very large sizes of gold hoops (no silver). I did buy the yarn for this at Michaels. I can not even find the 1.5 gold ring on Amazon.

Hi! It was the Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice yarn, found at JoAnn. The color was “linen” and I don’t recall the exact name of the charcoal one.
