I mentioned the “common names” vs the botanical names of those. Coffee bean berries are another name for hypericum berries and lemon leaf is another name for salal. None are wrong.

You can often find a variety of greenery out your own back door as well as commercial sources! We have several greens on our property including lavender, rosemary, sages, mints, fruit trees, including citrus, and some that we sell in our own little shop such as bay leaves, eucalyptus, and manzanita.

Often times just looking around at your own trees and hedges can be a great (and free) source for unusual and beautiful foliage and flowers.

When you plan a wedding, start there and then when you can’t find a source outside, there are lots of local stores such as Whole Foods, Costco, and Trader Joes that carry fun and interesting flowers and greenery.

And if you like to support smaller family owned stores, there are a lot of those as well!

This will be very helpful. I was planning to wrap them in purple printed fabrics, but I see that might detract from the flowers. Maybe a purple ribbon on burlap or green fabric. Thanks.
