use your left over fabric and liquid starch and use it on your kitchen backsplash.. when it gets dirty, throw it in the wash and after drying, add the starch and put it back on.

I second the making of lavender sachets! My favorite though, was when I was a kid and my sister and I would dig through my mom’s huge fabric stash to make Barbie clothes :). We were way too old to play with Barbies, but not to play fashion designer!
